He is responsible for assisting clients to invest their capital into the logistics &amp; industrial sector across the region. Such investment includes areas such as stabilized asset transactions, bare land development, build-to-suit opportunities, and establishing joint-ventures.<\/p>\n<p>In 2014 Mark joined JLL in Shanghai where he helped to establish the firm\u2019s capital markets capabilities in the growing China logistics &amp; industrial market.
