In May, Frasers Hospitality <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mingtiandi.com\/real-estate\/finance\/frasers-hospitality-buys-china-japan-apartments\/\">announced a tie-up<\/a> with Tishman Speyer and Tokyo-based Alyssa Partners to enter Asia\u2019s rental residential sector through separate joint ventures in China and Japan involving S$170 million ($126.4 million) in build-to-rent homes, including demand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey\u2019re building more roads to connect to more satellite cities, from Tier 1 cities to more Tier 2 cities,\u201d Hsu said.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Forest\u2019s plans to
